Let’s say I want to create my next course on something to do with online marketing, which I specialize in. I would start with a broad keyword search term, something like: “marketing strategy”. Using keyword planner, I discover that a better niche word, with high monthly searches and very good conversion (based on top of page bids) is “content marketing”. I do some more research and discover that “content marketing (for) online course” has good conversions, low competition and a good amount of keyword searches in a month in my target country. I found a possible winning niche topic for my next online course.  

 

You can use your newly discovered keywords to build out your:

  1. Topic/title and subtitle
  2. Course modules and topics
  3. Course landing page
  4. YouTube video topics, that will lead back to your course
  5. Blog posts, leading back to your course
